Welcome to our flower and gift delivery information page. This is where you'll find answers to most questions or enquiries that you may have regarding our delivery policies, areas and so on.
Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide throughout both Malaysia and Singapore, our coverage extending to all states, cities, and major towns.
Delivery Days: We are able to deliver 365 days a year, except leap-years when we deliver on 366. The only stipulation is that you order long enough in advance, especially when it comes to busy seasons such as that approaching Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and so on.
Delivery Time: In Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Penang and Singapore, we are able to deliver for you any time, twenty-four hours a day. While we hope to expand our twenty-four hour service, currently in other states and smaller towns we are only available to deliver from 08:30am to 12:00 midnight.
Nationwide delivery in Malaysia and Singapore
Free delivery is available from our outlets in the following Malaysian towns/cities:
◊ Kuala Lumpur (any part, as well as Putrajaya and Cyberjaya)
◊ Selangor (any part except Sg. Besar, Sekinchan, Tanjung Karang, Kuala Kubu Bahru and Batang Kali)
◊ Johor (any part, as well as the entire of Iskanar, Pontian, Kulai, Simpang Renggam, Kluang, Batu Pahat, Ayer Hitam, Yong Peng, Muar, Tangkak and Segamat)
◊ Penang (any part of the Penang Island and mainland)
◊ Negeri Sembilan (any part of N9 except Bandar Sri Jempol, Bahau and Rompin)
◊ Perak (including Kampar, Gopeng, Pusing, Simpang Pulai, Ipoh, Kuala Kangsar, Taiping, Sg. Siput, Bukit Merah, Simpang Empat, Bagan Serai and Parit Buntar)
◊ Pahang (including the Genting Highlands, Bentong, Karak, Mentakab, Temerloh, Maran, Gambang, Kuantan and Pekan)
In these areas there is zero (RM0.00) delivery surcharge

In these areas a surcharge may apply, in which case our customer services executives will contact you to let you know after your order has been placed.
Free delivery for the entirety of Singapore!
◊ This includes all of Singapore and Sentosa, except for military bases and other similarly restricted areas.
There is a standard surcharge of RM80 applied to every delivery placed for Singapore due to exchange rates.
If “Receiver's choice” is selected when the order is placed, we may contact the receiver to confirm the delivery address and preferred time of delivery. However, the identity of the sender as well as the product description will not be disclosed in order to maintain the surprise.
This delivery service is available in the previously named areas, for orders sent between 08:30am and 5:00pm,** except when they fall under any of the categories below.
**Careful delivery route planning is what allows us to do that, and to be fair to all our customers. Because every customer is important to us, we are unable to provide FREE Specific Hour Delivery, which requires chartering a vehicle and driver to have an order delivered separately from the others. Please be advised that according to the terms of the free delivery service we offer, the placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time. Kindly note that we also offer Specific Hour Delivery, at a fee (see below).
Specific Hour Deliveries
For a further surcharge, if the address is within 20km of our outlets, we can offer to deliver at specific times, within a varying margin of error depending on the fee. The usual fees are broken down as follows:
Exact time (within plus or minus five minutes), eg a delivery to arrive at 10:00pm will be delivered 9:55pm - 10:05pm, RM84.80 (incl GST)
1-hour timed delivery (within plus or minus 30 minutes), eg a delivery to arrive at 11:00pm will be delivered 9:30pm - 10:30pm, RM63.60 (incl GST)
2-hour timed delivery (within plus or minus 60 minutes), eg a delivery to arrive at 11:00pm will be delivered 9:00pm - 10:00pm, RM31.80 (incl GST)
3-hour timed delivery (within plus or minus 90 minutes), eg a delivery to arrive at 11:00pm will be delivered 8:30pm - 11:30pm, RM21.20 (incl GST)
Special Delivery Times
The hours after 5:00pm and before 8:30am are considered Special Delivery Times. For Special Delivery Times, a surcharge may be imposed, depending on what logistics and resources are available at the time. The usual fees are broken down as follows:
Evening delivery 5:01pm – 10:00pm,* RM10.60 (incl GST)
Night delivery 10:01pm – 11:59pm,* RM31.80 (incl GST)
Midnight delivery 12am, on the dot, RM84.80 (incl GST)
Small hours delivery 12:01am – 8:29am,* RM53.00 (incl GST)
*The placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time.
We are proud to offer an express delivery service option. For an additional fee of RM84.80 (incl GST), as soon as we have received payment we will delivery your order to an address within 20km of our outlets in one hour or less, or 2 hours to an address 21-40km away.
In some situations, delivery can fail; for example if the address given is incorrect or the receiver is absent or perhaps unwilling to receive the products then we are willing attempt to redeliver the product for a redelivery surcharge of RM21.20 (incl GST),*** which is payable by the person who placed the order. ***Delivery conditions are those under Free Delivery service ; outside this other charges and related T&C apply
Redelivery failure (1 day+)
If the order, or any part of it is perishable (for example flowers or cakes) and redelivery will require more than 24 hours, there is a further charge of 70% of the value of the order as well as the surcharge of RM21.20 (incl GST). We hope you understand that, for quality purposes, perishable goods cannot be kept for longer than 24 hours..
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when we are unable to find a suitable partner florist close enough to you to guarantee products of the best quality. This rare event is due to unreliable florists in certain remote locations. However, we will always give you advanced notice if this is going to happen.
If a cancellation request is received by us at least 48 hours before the delivery is due, the payment will be refunded in full.
These orders cannot be refunded, for what should be obvious reasons given the perishable and customised nature of our products:
Cancellations received by us less than 48 hours before the delivery is due
Change of recipient’s address received by us less than 48 hours before the delivery is due
Incorrect or inaccurate entry of recipient’s address
The order, or any part of it, is customised
We are unable to provide refunds for late deliveries in cases where the Guaranteed Service option was not selected. However, we may offer to compensate with store credit in such unfortunate situations.
Minimum Handling Fee
Please note that for orders totalling less than RM65.00, a minimum handling fee of RM10.00 will be charged in order to cover administrative costs.

Delivery times for Beauty and Fashion items are between one and five working days.
